While we work with contributors from across Canada, our main office is located in downtown Toronto's vibrant Financial District. We're always happy to meet with local contributors, community partners, or anyone passionate about Canadian storytelling.

We welcome stories from all Canadians and those interested in Canadian life. Here's what we look for:

• Authenticity: Real experiences, honest perspectives, and genuine insights
• Relevance: Stories that relate to Canadian life, culture, or experiences
• Quality: Well-written, engaging narratives that will interest our readers
• Respect: Content that respects all communities and cultures
• Originality: Previously unpublished content that hasn't appeared elsewhere

Editorial Process

1. Submit your story idea or draft through our contact form
2. Our editorial team reviews submissions within 5 business days
3. If accepted, we'll work with you to refine and polish your story
4. Published authors receive byline credit and links to their social media/website

Response Times

• General Inquiries: 1-2 business days
• Story Submissions: 3-5 business days
• Collaboration Proposals: 5-7 business days
• Technical Issues: Same day (during business hours)
